HOW DO REGISTRATIONS WORK?
Single person purchases are instantly given access to begin their course. Purchases for 2+ can send us the names via a secure form, spreadsheet upload or by simply emailing us a list.
HOW LONG DO EMPLOYEES HAVE TO ACCESS THE COURSE?
One year from registration.
DO CREDITS EVER EXPIRE?
Unused licenses do not expire. Used licenses expire one year from registration.

CAN YOUR TRAINING BE HOSTED IN OUR OWN LMS SYSTEM?

HOW IS THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION PROVIDED?
The certificate displays the trainee’s name, date of completion, (D.O.T. regulatory info if applicable) and is downloadable via .pdf. Certificates can also be automatically emailed to your safety or company administrator.
CAN YOU START THE TRAINING AND FINISH AT A LATER TIME?
Yes. Our training consists of 10 lessons. As they complete each lesson they can pick up where they left off.
HOW DO I ENROLL A LARGE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES?
Simply call us. It’s generally easier for larger clients to simply provide us a spreadsheet of names of those who need registered and let us import them. In addition, if you have your own LMS we can provide our files for use in your system and you can enroll them through your own system.
